Tips for Gastroenterology and Hepatology patients during the pandemic

Patients with Gastro, Liver and Pancreas illnesses .
During these difficult times, do not panic, continue your medications as advised by your Gastroenterologist, do not stop or add any new medication for Gastro, liver, pancreas diseases without confirmation from the treating Gastroenterologist. 
Here are some tips:
1. Timely intake of prescribed medicines.
2. No over-the-counter medications without prescription.
3. Intake of small regular meals as advised as per your illness state.
4. Meditation 20min a day
5. Fruits ( as allowed as per your sugar, creat, potassium, cardiac and other issues).
6. Do not take any unprescribed medicines.
7. Contact nearest pharmacy to replenish your stock of necessary medicines.
8. Keep your family doctors name contact number and emergency contact ready in case its needed.
9. Regular followup as advised.
